Deposit Policy — a $250.00 non-refundable
deposit (per cottage) is required to guarantee your cottage booking.
50% of the total cottage rental balance is due 14 days after your reservation
deposit is made. The initial $250.00 reservation deposit will be kept
for the duration of your stay as a 'incidentals deposit', which will
be returned to you after a successful cottage inspection is complete.
(Payments can be made at any Bank of Montreal.

When You Arrive
— your remaining rental payment is due in cash. Keys will be
in a "lock box" located on your cottage door. The lock box
code will be provided on your arrival date. A $75.00 charge will apply
if the key is not returned into lock box on your departure date.
Accommodations —
sofa(s) with pull-out bed(s), kitchen table & chairs, tv, fridge,
stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dinnerware, outdoor
bbq, etc.
Note: the agreed up
maximum number of people permitted on the premises must be adhered
to at all times.Any guests must be registered with management. Failure
to comply will result in a deduction from your damage deposit and possible
eviction from the premises.
It is imperative that we adhere to these strict
fire code regulations!!
Fire — recreational
fires are not allowed on the premises in any shape or form. Failure
to comply will result in a deduction of the entire damage deposit and
possible fine from the City of Wasaga. Misuse of Fire Extinguishers
and/or Smoke Detectors will result in $75.00 deduction from the damage
deposit and possible fine from the City of Wasaga Fire Marshall.
What to Bring —
personal items, toiletries, towels, bedding linens, paper towels, garbage
bags and cleaning products.
What Not To Bring —
beer bottles are not permitted on the premises! Beer cans are
to be used instead!!
Noise — the Town
of Wasaga Beach has an 11:00 p.m. noise restriction — Anyone making
excessive noise or participating in inappropriate behavior, drunkenness
or use of narcotics substances, will be asked to leave the property,
without a refund on any portion of their payment.
Housekeeping — please
return the cottage to its original state, an additional $75.00 house
keeping charge will apply if the cottage is not cleaned. Additional
charges over and above the stated $75.00 will apply for more significant
housekeeping needs ie. unwashed dishes, bodily fluids, smoke odours,
etc.
Energy: remember to turn
off the lights, heating, etc. before leaving the cottage — help
conserve energy!
Important — Guests
without wristbands are not permitted on the premises, unless
they are registered with management! No smoking in the cottages!
