Deposit Policy —
the applicable deposit is required in order to reserve cottages. The
remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your arrival date.
Check In/Out
Times — 4:00 pm Check-In & 10:00 am Check-Out (Flexible
during non peak periods)
When You Arrive
— the keys will be in a "lock box" which is located on
the cottage door. You will be provided with a lock box number on your
arrival date. When you check out please return the keys back to the
lock box. Please note that there are parking limitations as follows:
5-bdrm cottage 3 cars, 2 bdrm cottage - 2 cars, 1 bdrm cottage - 1 car.
Accommodations
— each cottage is equipped with double beds in each bedroom (exception
single bed in 5th bedroom of 5 bedroom cottage), sofa(s) with pull-out
bed(s), kitchen table & chairs, tv, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, cutlery, dinnerware, outdoor bbq, etc.
Note: the agreed upon maximum number
of people permitted in the cottage must be adhered to. An extra charge
of $55.00 per person/per night will be applied for any additional guests.
What to Bring
— personal items, toiletries, towels, bedding linens and paper
towels
What Not To
Bring — we are trying to be responsive to the needs
of our guests with allergies and those who do not smoke. With that in
mind, please avoid smoking in the cottage. Also for safety reasons,
please use beer cans instead of bottles.
Noise
— the Town of Wasaga has an 11:00 p.m. noise restriction —
any rowdy behavior or drunkenness cannot be tolerated. Anyone making
excessive noise or participating in inappropriate behavior will be asked
to leave the property and will not receive a refund on any portion of
their stay.
Housekeeping
— please return the cottage to its original state. Failure to do
so will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.
Energy — Remember
to turn off the lights, heating, etc. before leaving the cottage —
help conserve energy!
