Deposit Policy a $250.00 non-refundable
deposit (per cottage) is required to guarantee your cottage booking.
50% of the total cottage rental balance is due 14 days after your reservation
deposit is made. The initial $250.00 reservation deposit will be kept
for the duration of your stay as a 'incidentals deposit', which will
be returned to you after a successful cottage inspection is complete.
(Payments can be made at any Bank of Montreal.

When You Arrive your remaining rental payment is due upon arrival. For late arrivals keys will be
in a "lock box" located on your cottage door. The lock box
code will be provided on your arrival date. A $75.00 charge will apply
if the key is not returned into lock box on your departure date.
Accommodations sofa(s) with pull-out bed(s), kitchen table & chairs, tv, fridge,
stove, microwave, toaster, cutlery, dinnerware, outdoor
bbq, etc.
Note: the agreed up maximum number of people permitted on the premises must be adhered
to at all times.
All guests must be registered with management in advance.
What to Bring
personal items, toiletries, towels, bedding linens, paper towels, garbage
bags and cleaning products.
What Not To Bring
beer bottles are not permitted on the premises! Beer cans are
to be used instead!!
